Verizon Broadband Internet FiOS and FiOS TV services are available in 16 states and spreading to other states rapidly.Verizon FiOS TV services is available to 2.5 million homes and FiOS internet is available to 3.5 customers across these 16 sates.As of the end of the second quarter of 2009, Verizon’s fiber connections passed 13.8 million homes and businesses, about 43 percent of the households in Verizon’s wireline network footprint. The Verizon quarterly sales for FiOS Internet hit record levels for the second consecutive quarter this year ,specially for FiOS TV sales.
